In the last blog, I have told, about Mr.Paranthaman how he forced me to change my company rules and strategies.
Usually, we should not neglect anyone’s company rules but still, we can give suggestions/opinions. and It’s up to them whether considering the point or not?
We should not against rules at any point. But in his cases, things were different.
He was playing all the games like he was the one who’s making changes to the right expectation to the audiences.
I found that he’s always telling us the reason to change the product’s manifesto, the objective of the products, and it clearly shows me one thing.
He found something interesting about our products. and he wanted to do it on his own single-handled without my presence.
He has got all the information about how he would need to sell this product.
He has got all the counseling aspects of knowledge sharing from me and now he’s owning that product.
Initially, I also done the mistake of telling all the business tactics and vision of career mudhra and doesn’t know he will be in a cruel mindset. I believed him also.
I found his intention and immediately said that from now on you are nowhere associated with Career Mudhra.
But, the funny part is that he never tried to sell our products and he wants to grab the product/service from me. That’s all his intention was till the end.
He’s really a nice guy. However, he doesn’t carry any value to sell on his own. Being in the marketing and sales field, he wanted to copy and paste the product/service that I am having.
If he would have stood beside me mean, I would have made him as a partner.
We would have grown together. but his thoughts were different during that time. This made me to take that decision.
After that, he didn’t turn up to me for anything as he already has all the things that he wanted to sell. 😂
Maybe somewhere in Tamilnadu, he might be using my product and telling the clients that he is Srinivasan Ramanujam. Let it be 😊
Who knows? 🤷♂️
But, In this journey, I have learned an important lesson that actually key takeaways for you all.
